    Verified acccount but still get error msg.

      Hi, We have vertified the account with paypal but get an error from adobe about processing payments. It never even goes through to paypal.  Can anyone help us?  Thanks, SCorrado12

          Hi,

           

          I am happy to help you to fix your issues. I will need some information from you in order to diagnose your problems:

           

          1. Did you get an error when you tried to register your PayPal to a form? Or you have already registered your PayPal account to a FormsCentral form, but when you check out the form, you encountered an error? A screenshot for for error message you see will be really helpful.

           

          2. I will need the information of your form in order to check our server log to see what went wrong. Could you first share your form to me? To share a form, please open the form first, then click the Share button at the lower left corner and share to emanfu@adobe.com.

            Thanks Eman, I will send a shared form.  We got the error after it was 

            registered with PayPal and tried to check out the form to see if it 

            worked and got the error message.  Attached is a screen shot of the 

            message.
