1. Re: Migration Issues - No help from Adobe!
Sidney Mitchell May 3, 2013 1:15 PM (in response to Asad 6SM)Hi,
Not quite sure I'm following your issue.
However if you have a site in trial that is to replace an existing site you'll need to upgrade the new trial site and add the domain/DNS accordingly. Once everything looks fine after the upgrade you can cancel the old site.
If this is still unclear please reach out to our direct chat support so we can assist you further.
Kind regards,

Asad 6SM May 3, 2013 2:00 PM (in response to Sidney Mitchell)Hi Sidney
Thanks for replying. All I want to do is cancel the existing one, setup the domain on the new one and set it live.
If I upgrade the trial site I have to pay again this means that I will have a licence is sat dormant.
I should be able to transfer a license at will, we have paid for the hosting for the full year.
Just a little frustrating that I have built a new website in trial mode and now either have to pay for another license or rebuild the entire site in the already existing domain.
If we could transfer webapps this would make life a lot easier.
Are there any plans to be able to transfer webapps?
Thanks for replying.
Kind Regards
Asad Ali

Sidney Mitchell May 3, 2013 2:05 PM (in response to Asad 6SM)Gotcha...
We don't have a simple transfer of feature (web apps). However I would best check with our accounts team with your request to transfer sites.
Normally this isn't typically done however I would recommend create an "accounts related" case and add the sites details needing to be transfer if all possible.
They'll give you your full options in this case.
Kind regards,
-Sidney
