I loaded this software, and when I attempt to use it, I get an error message "Configuration error", and a "please uninstall and reinstall the product" instruction. I have done this twice noiw with no change. I have been on hold on the Adobe support phone number 800-833-6687 for 2 days straight now, each time in excess of 90 minutes. It might be a simple solution, but not too pleased right now. Any advice?
