I have had creative cloud for a number of months now and have now encountered some problems. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the software for Photoshop and After Effects 3 times now, I am still getting warning messages on them. It is stopping me from using Photoshop altogether. I have attached screenshots to show you the problems that I am having. The After Effects messages are displaying one after the other.

Looks as if your software installation is incomplete or corrupted.

Uninstall with the CS Cleaner tool.  Then download from the Cloud and re-install.

Agree with Nancy. try reinstalling one more time after running the cleaner tool... Also repair your permissions using your disk utility.
