Premiere Pro is a professional level editor designed to work with standardized camera formats. Many non-standard formats may also work, but not all. Your best option is to stick to using source material you shot yourself using a supported camera format, rather than videos downloaded off the Internet.
unfortunitly, i cannot do that. the video footage that i have came from a website that i ordered from another person and i do not have that origanal footage.
