While trying to upgrade my Flash Player:    Quote:

Norton/Symantec is notorious for false positives.  Try downloading the offline installer(s) from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_hea... (under the heading Progess bar hangs...).

Would you be willing to take a screenshot of this error and email it to ccampbel@adobe.com?  We'd like to get to the bottom of this asap.  We've contacted Symantec and they've been unable to reproduce the error.

How do I capture and post a screenshot or video?]

In addition, what Norton product and version are you using?  Do you know if it's up to date?
