    Rights to a Form

    SarahBrowne8

I created a form with the basic access to FormsCentral (99 cents/month).  I made my coworker a coauthor.  He had adobe pro and therefore had access to FormsCentral without purchasing anything extra.  He then upgraded to be able to receive the "up to 5,000" submissions on the form I created...or so he thinks.  Is this possible or do I have to upgrade to make the form able to receive that many submissions?  We already sent out the link to this form as an application for a state refund and I assume the form link will change if we have to export the form and have him upload it under his account.

The rights etc. are based on the form author's account level, so your account would have to be at the 5,000 response level for that form to be able to receive the 5K responses.  You are right, if you did export the form and import into your co-workers account the URL would change.  Wish I could give you better news - let me know if I can answer anything else.
