Scott V May 8, 2013 2:04 PM (in response to tom3451)Hello Thomas,
I did see that you have only 14 images that were migrated into your Revel account? Please log into Adoberevel.com and click on the library name in the upper left. In that drop down menu, there should be a library name of "Photoshop.com". That is where your images are located.
Let me know if you still do not see the images
Thanks

Scott V May 8, 2013 2:13 PM (in response to tom3451)Did you have a different email address that was associated to your Adobe ID? If so, then try logging in with that login. How many photos did you have in your Photoshop.com account?

Scott V May 8, 2013 2:27 PM (in response to tom3451)Thanks for the info, I will investigate this for you. Are you sure that you did not use a different email address from before? I only ask this as I have seen other users with the exact same scenario issue.

6. Re: Migration problem
tom3451 May 8, 2013 2:52 PM (in response to Scott V)I do not believe so. I went into photoshop and requested a password reset and it was sent to the right email. However, when I try to access my account on photoshop, it is not accepting the new password so maybe the account is messed up. I do still see all the pictures in the account.

7. Re: Migration problem
Scott V May 8, 2013 4:23 PM (in response to tom3451)I would suggest to try to go here to reset your password for your Adobe id associated to Revel
If you reset the password then you should be able to log in to the account.

10. Re: Migration problem
Scott V May 9, 2013 11:05 AM (in response to Scott V)Hello,
I looked into this for you as I did find out that you didnt have 2 accounts. Can you provide a screen shot on your Photoshop.com. We only see 14 images in your Photoshop.com account. When you log into Photoshop.com do you see more than 14? Thank you for your patience while we figure this out.

12. Re: Migration problem
Scott V May 9, 2013 4:58 PM (in response to tom3451)Thomas,
Thanks for providing the screen shot. This helps SO much. This clears up some of the confusion. This is a screen shot of your Photoshop Elements 10 organizer. All of the 4738 images are located on your computer hard drive. That is why you do not see the images in Revel. In Photoshop Elements 10 there is not a direct connection to Revel, but in Photoshop Elements 11 there is. You can upload and download your images directly from Elements 11. If you want to upload your images to Revel you can by going to Adoberevel.com.
Please see our FAQ Forum post "How do I upload photos to Revel" http://forums.adobe.com/message/5114160#5114160
Let me know if you have any other questions
Thanks
