My system is running on a 128 Crucial SSD and i have about 23 gb left...but
Adobe Premiere Pro keeps my media cach files on the c: drive and it keeps filling up fast.
Everything else i have going to qa G;Drive from project settings
but i cannot figure out how to put the Media Cache files to the G:drive or E: Drive
to stop it from filling up so fast ( i do lots of large video projects and am filming a 10 day seminar now)
Can someone please direct me to how i could have the Media Chache files go to another dirvie
Edit>Preferences>Media>Browse, and then Browse again to put them on another location of your choosing.
Perfect! thanks :-)
Also if you have completed alot of projects and no longer need the majority of the cache files you can simply delete them. This is something I do frequently. I will simply delete all of the cashe files then just let the be recreated for the active project or two I have going.
