Can you confirm that you followed the steps outlined in this article? Publish to Behance from Creative Cloud.
The steps to sign in will be different based on whether you're new to Behance or new to Creative Cloud.
If you complete the steps as indicated, and it turns out you need help with your Adobe ID, you can get help here: http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?product=creative-cloud&topic=signing-in-and-my-adobe-i d
I've tried signing up through that route, the main issue seems to be cropping up during the linking/signup process.
I followe the 3rd set of instructions, and reached this step: "a) If you're new to Behance & ProSite, signup with your Adobe ID. Once you're signed up, you can get started by creating projects to go in your personal portfolio site."
The signup page accepts my AdobeID details, then asks me to input more data (such as a password, creative fields, and city of origin).
I select the option to sign up as an organisation and enter the details, the next page never appears though.
Did you already complete the steps in "Share your work for the first time (includes one-time account linking)" before linking your account with ProSite?
No I hadn't, but I've tried it now and it's giving me the same problem - I can enter my details but the next step is never reached. The problem seems to be with the actual account creation from the Behance side.
Behance team is looking into this error and will get back to you shortly. Thanks for your patience.
Thanks very much.
Sorry about it - it sounds like you signed up and set your birth year as being under 13. Our service isn't available to users under the age of 13. If you accidentally set this date incorrectly (and we know some people have been adding the birth year of their business rather than their personal birth year - something we're correcting). Your sign up will be locked for 24 hours, so at that point, you'll be able to signup again.
Let me know if you're still having trouble tomorrow!
I see. It's a tad counter-intuitive I must admit. That's definitely what's gone wrong then, thanks for pointing it out. :)
An error message of some sort would be a massive help though.
Thanks again, I'll try tomorrow. :)
Just ran into this issue as well. A little note when signing up as a team would be very useful, especially for newer teams, mentioning that it's an age verification, and not information about your team.
Thanks - we are going to make this more clear for teams - sorry for the confusion!
