I'm doing an introduction to a film with animated graphics, and what I'm noticing is the text edges are pixelated. I adjusted the Resolution in Photoshop so I can zoom in and they're much smoother; however, upon reloading the file in After Effects it's much larger than my composition and I'm not sure how to re-size it within the existing file.
Thanks for the reply Dave. My first instinct was to scale everything down, I might add my logo is a layered .PSD with text, graphic, rendered lens flare and an adjustment layer. Scaling the pre-comp down of all these layers did not improve the jagged edges on the text.
Tell you what: if you're not animating individual photoshop layers in AE, just duplicate the file, open it in Photoshop and flatten everything. I have a sneaking suspicion the adjustment layer and the flare are the culprits.
