    Solution for CC problem

Adobe should use the same subscription policy as some other software vendors, such as AltN with their MDaemon. You pay for one or two-year subscription and receive all of software updates during this time. But your software does not stop working if your subscription expires! You just can't receive updates, that's it.

I agree, Software Bisque does the same, you buy the product i.e. The Sky X and then, every year you pay subscription of $30pa for updates. Adobe can/ AND SHOULD do the same for CS6, Lr4 (and 5 when Beta Testing has finished) for example so the 1st year is bundled with the product and then at the end of the year, you pay your Subs for the year. Not really difficult and Adobe has fallen into the trap of money first, customers second.... Death Toll of Adobe I am afraid!!!!!.

Or just make the REAL subscription. User can buy 100 hours of using software. And can use it whenever he wants, until these 100 hours drains off. Today or two years later. That is the real subscription.
