Can the payment gateway provider, Zoomgate be used with Business Catalyst?

I've got a Account Exec from Merchants' Choice that offers Authorize.net, but I'm hearing that Zoomgate is "easier".

Will it work with Business Catalyst?

- And I personally have signed up for Authorize.net for my site. I'm seeing fairly larger fees that I knew of before starting, plus got charged from Jan till now (May) and only just this week got the funds that people paid released to my bank account. I'm wondering if anyone else had that type of experience and whether they got the monies paid to Authorize.net; while they waited for customers' payments to be released credited back?
