Hi Adobe Community!
I am having trouble with an FLV component. I have a video on one page, but then I have a navigational button which returns to a previous 'room'. When clicking this nav button I want the video to stop playing, so am using the code snippet 'click to stop all sounds' on the video. However, when I return to the previous room (which is further back in the timeline), all the buttons are then no longer working? I cannot even click on the button to return to the video component.
I am not sure, but I think it could be the actionscript. Anyone know of this, or know how to fix it? I'm new to the community, so I'm not sure if it is normal to upload working files. Let me know if that would help.
Thank you for all your help all!
that's usually a result of the actionscript controlling the problematic buttons not being attached to the same frame as the problematic frame AND the buttons failing to exist at some point before you return to the problematic frame.
