    Adobe Downloader

      I am trying to use the adobe media downloader to archive my files of photoshop and it has been downloading for 6 1/2 hours. I know I have a lot of pictures but is this an excessive amount of time? Did I do something wrong?

          Hello

          Did you have a Photoshop.com account associated with a different email address? I checked our system with the email address that you use to post to the forums with as I did not see any pictures or acocunt for you. How many pictures did you fell that are in your Photoshop.com account?

          Did you see any images download to your computer at all?
