If you are trying to login to Photoshop.com so that you can get to the Photoshop.com user forum at http://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/products/photoshop_family_photoshopcom, then there is a workaround found at:

http://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/how_do_i_register_a_new_account_for_ this_photoshop_com_forum

This way you can create a new Photoshop.com account if you sign in using facebook, get satisfaction, google+, or Twitter .
