Page Breaks - For Downloaded Answers and forms

How do I get a page break to start a new page for the downloaded forms and downloaded responses. Currently there is no defined spacing associated.

The quick answer, change the "View" setting at the bottom right of the Design tab from Web View to Page View, the page breaks added in this view are used in the PDF, the ones added in Web View are used in the HTML form.

Longer answer:  At the bottom right of the page when you are on the "Design" tab with a form open there is a drop down menu with "Web View" shown, select "Page View" from that menu. Most editing changes in both views have the same affect (fields added in either view are shown in both HTML forms and PDF) but there are a few differences, some changes in Web View changes are specific to your HTML forms and in Page View some changes are specific to saving as PDF (Page Breaks).  The most significant change is Page Breaks, you can add page breaks in Web View for the HTML forms that are different from Page Breaks added in Page View that are used in PDF.

Designing for Web and PDF can seam a bit confusing but it doesn't have to be, we disable some of the web only features when you are in Page View, you can still add those features by switching back to Web View and those will be used in the HTML form but not the PDF - this FAQ explains what isn't supported in PDF: http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2013
