I just received a response from a mailing. The customer sent it on 5/14 and today is 5/17. This is unacceptable, as we work on deadlines and a day can make the difference between making a sale or not.
Responses should appear in the View Responses Tab almost immediately. Did the person who submitted the form see the "Submission Successful" message after thy submitted the data?
The response you received by mail, was it an email from FormsCentral (from the email notification) or was it your customer emailing you directly?
Can you share the form with me (firstname.lastname@example.org) as a co-author and I'll check our logs here to see what could have happened.
