You want to add some mobile specific meta tags within the header
<meta content='width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=0' name='viewport' />
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width" />
I can add this content to the html file after it is published, but is there any way to add this in Edge, so I don't have to add to the html every time I update the file?
var metaTag = document.createElement('meta'); metaTag.name = 'viewport'; metaTag.content = 'width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=0'; head.appendChild(metaTag);
Thanks but this doesn't seem to be working. I can still zoom to my heart's content on the iPad. I thought I would open up the html file in textedit or something and add in the meta tags, just to see if they work, but my html file is empty, so I'm not sure what to do.
