We're getting Vista at my organization, and we just installed RHX5.0.2 on a co-worker's PC. It installed OK, but has a couple of issues. Everytime RH HTML is launched, it displays a non-descript error (something about error 4, I'm not in front of the machine right now), but then seems to load the project fine. The other issue is more significant...everytime we attempt to open a topic for editing (we use the WYSIWYG editor), it just opens the topic in Internet Explorer. Does anyone have a fix or workaround to help resolve this issue? Thanks!

Remove Vista.

Seriously, X5.0.2 is not supported on Vista, only on XP. RH Version 7, now being offered for sale, is the first version to actually work on Vista. This is creating and editing RH source we're discussing, here. Output from RH can be viewed on Vista just fine.

Good luck,
Leon

You may be able to get around this issue by ensuring that RH uses the WYSIWYG as it's default editor.
