My computer at work uses Windows 7 and Internet Explorer.  I have always had Flash Player installed with no problems.  Lately, I keep getting pop-ups saying to upgrade.  Even after I did, I continue to receive message.  This has prevented me from entering some sites.  Also, everytime I enter a new site, I get a video pop-up in the lower right corner of my screed with advertising.  I have unstalled FP and reinstalled.  Still having the same issues.  How do I get rid of these annoying pop-ups?
