Responses - can you receive responses in the form of a form?

Our office routinely collects forms that are sent electronically but faxed, mailed or scanned back to the central office.  FC forms are great but the spreadsheet results in the case are not user friendly.  Can you retrieve the information that was input on the form as a form?  Help!

Yes, you can download the response as a PDF that looks like the original form filled out.  From the View Responses table, with any response selected click "File" - "Download Selected Response as PDF Form..." (there is also a menu in the table with Download Response as PDF Form...").

There is some more information here: http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-1383

A tip, when designing the form on the Design tab, there are two different "views", a "Web View" and a "Page View", you can add page breaks in the "Page View" that are only used in PDF, the ones in "Web View" are only used in the Web/HTML forms, this way you can make sure your PDF also looks good, with either the same or different page breaks depending on your form.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
