Best solution to Photoshop clipboard problem?

    hawkcon

I'm using PS CS6 on Windows 7 64-bit and noticed it still has the clipboard issue from way back in PS 7. For example, if something is copied (like a screenshot) and attempted to be pasted, it tends to paste the PREVIOUS thing on the clipboard (e.g. an older screenshot). If PS is minimized and maximized, the clipboard then updates, but I'm looking for a solution that prevents the problem from occuring in the first place. Does anyone have any advice as to the best solution to the issue? Preferably easy to implement and relatively non-intrusive. Thank you.
