Not sure what you are saying. What does "multiple selections" mean? If they are saved selections, processing the channels would be required. If you mean you have selcted multiple unconnected areas in the same picture, then no. As far as PS is concerned, it's still just one non-contiguous selection and there is no way to programatically splice out the separate regions.
Thanks for your reply. what I meant is "multiple unconnected areas in the same picture" as you said.
Is there any script, plugin or another software other than PS that can accomplish this. I know the topic is very advanced but I'm really in need of this trick.
Thank you !

I think there are Scripts about for the task or at least ones that could be adapted without too much problems.
The usual approach is, I think, creating a Work Path from a Selection and then using (expanded) Selections based on the individual subPathItems to intersect with the original selection.
Of course there are possibilities for bad results …
Hello, I would try this. Select the areas you want, copy it to clipboard (CTRL/CMD+C)
Create a new document (CMD/CTRL+N) paste the content to a new layer (CTRLK+CMD+V)
Go to File>Automate>Crop and Straighten Photos.
the script given by PECourtejoie works perfectly !
Thanks PECourtejoie ! very helpful !
