Videos only partially load

After updating Adobe Flash Player, videos will only load for a few minutes and then stall out. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but couldn’t reinstall and had to go back to a Restore Point to get Adobe Flash Player back onto computer.  Running Windows 7 (64-bit) and Adobe Flash Player 11.7.700.202 with Google Chrome.  I have the same issue with Internet Explorer only it shows that I have Adobe Flash Player 11.5.502.146
