whats up with flash player

what's going on with flash player??  have tried a dozen times to install this and it says successful, but doesn't do anything..tried all the suggestions and nothing seems to make a difference..computer shows this installed and up to date version and enabled..???????????

using windows 7 and IE explorer

This was working last week and I changed nothing on my computer
