Yes, you can design a form in FormsCentral and then embed the form into a web page. Here is how to embed a form:
- Go to Distribute tab and click on the embed button
- Copy the code
- Paste the code into your html page

i have creatice cloud for team , does that add some advantage to form central.
at the submition it says powered from adobe can i removw that, and if i create a form for my client will i have to also creat his account on adobe so he can check all his reply

FormsCentral is separate from Creative Cloud.
When you embed your form into a web page with a paid acct the powered by footer goes away.
You can share the form file with your client:
