Adobe digital edition-activation error computer

Hello to all,
I have a problem with the Adobe Digital Edition, I can not authorize my computer, I always get this error:
Server Error activation
Code: E_AUT_NOT_READY
----------------------------------------
For the rest I enter username and password correctly, and makes me come in both Adobe here in chat.
So the inscription is smooth and fine.
I must say that this is another computer, compared to when I was done recording. The more I threw it.

ADE often gets its authorization confused; and then gives misleading errors messages.

Try ctrl-shift-D to ADE (cmd-shift-D if on Mac).  This removes any old corrupted authorization.

Restart ADE.

Then yry again to authorize.
