Dreamweaver error DW051 and Media DB Error : 12

Im using windows 8 asus laptop with slight less resolution  and trying to download adobe dreamweaver cs6 . This shows up

Please go to C/Program Files(X86)/Common Files/Adobe and rename Caps. Try to install Dreamweaver again. If this does not work install Adobe Application Manager: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773, install and launch AAm. Download Dreamweaver through AAM. If still it does not work you may perform selective startup http://www.pagestart.com/win8selectivestartup01.html restart your machine and try to install dreamweaver again. You may even try the direct link to download dreamweaver and install it: http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html
