CHARMAP is handy for that.
Have an Editor open that copes with that and copy-paste the characters or, if you are on Windows, open the "Character Map" (system32\charmap.exe) and copy the chars.
ps: Of course you could type the ASCII Code (googel for "ascii table"). I.e. press the <ALT> Key (on Windows) and type 162 (with the numeric keyboard) than there should show up "ó".
