Flash player crashing every time from my browser

having problem with flash player,when playing videos from any browser specially chrome its crashing suddenly ,re installed many time but not solved problem yet,installed latest plugin from adobe site,what is the issue , how to solve this problem?

Chrome installs its own custom version of Flash. It doesn't use verision you download from Adobe.
