Premiere Pro will play the ProRes clips on PC or Mac, you don't need to do anything special as long as QuickTime is already installed. For DNxHD, you may need to install the codec on your machine, available free from Avid website. http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/en_US/download/en423319

And even that will only work for .mov files. Support for DNxHD in the preferable MXF container won't be available until June 17th in the next version of PP.
