iPhone and Android Volume Issue

I am having issues with hearing on either of my iPhone or Android phones during the web conference. The presenter turned up the volume on his end as high as he could, but still on both phones it was very low--almost inaudible. I turned up the phone volume as loud as it goes. It is very faint. Anybody know the answer?

Hi,

Are you using a browser or Presenter Mobile to view the presentation. Can you please explain your setup in detail?

You can view the published output in mobile browser, but we don't support it and we aren't sure about the performance issues.

In Presenter Mobile, we don't support iPhone/Android, at present we support only iPad.
