    Using jq waypoints to start animation if using oam file

    nkukard

      ok so is there any suggestions on how i can use jq waypoints to start different animations when i reach certain places on a page if i've embeded the animations using the oam file with dreamweaver?

      in other words does any one know if i can get the js on the main page to interact with the js inside the object

          Well i figured it out me self,

          on the object html page

          function fire(sym,e){

          loadedComps['index-1'].getStage().getSymbol('inde').play(0);

                      }

          var loadedComps = {};

                  AdobeEdge.bootstrapCallback(function(compId) {

                      loadedComps[compId] = AdobeEdge.getComposition(compId);

                      // now it is safe to call into the and bind to things like...

                      AdobeEdge.Symbol.bindTimelineAction(compId, "stage", "Default Timeline", "complete", fire(sym, e))

                  })

          </script>

          on the page that the object is embeded into

          $('.sectwo').waypoint(function(dir) {

          window[0].fire()

          });

          As far as i can tell
          the object is injected into the window dom by key window[0] window [1] window [2] etc....

          then by changing the bind time line to call a function preregisted
          i can control the objects animation from out side the embeded object

          hope this helps someone
