    Tried to use CS6 got the message that my subscription ran out

      My father in law has asked me to get in touch with Adobe concerning an issue with a CS6 subscription. This email address has been bouncing for him.  'storemanager@adobe.com'

      Can you please tell me what is going on ?
      Tried to use CS6 after a longer pause (was down due to a accident) and got the message that my subscription ran out, see attachment
      But as you can see in the other attachment my  credit card was charged by you on May 17
      Further more I can not the Adobe homepage from the internet

      Hoping for a fast reply

      I tried to use your 24/7 chat page and was told i was using it outside your working hours.

          You need to get in touch directly with Adobe Customer Support.

           

          We are users just like you in these user to user forums, so you are not addressing Adobe here.
