I am new to InDesign and was wondering what has happened. I have ben designing some brochures for my photography business and have been using the colour of my logo, I have the values for them as CMYB. I had them saved as a swatch and everthing was fine. Now the swatch I was using has gone and the values it asks for in the colours panel are CMYK. How do I change this back and why would it have changed?
The K in CMYK refers to Black, and I suspect that the B in CMYB does the same. I've never encountered any software that even refers to CMYB, so the most likely option would be to transpose whatever value you have down for B to the same value in K.
I hope this helps!
Thanks for that. I was put off as it didn't update the colour as I typed, it was as easy as pressing OK! Thanks very much.
