I was trying to download the Adobe Flash Player into my Mac (with OS 10.6.8) via Safari. After pressed the download button, it seemed the Adobe flash player was downloading - I could see the green strip was moving, and the time was changing. After the strip was filled by the green, the box was frozen. The box was blank, with "downloads" on the top. No installer dialogue showed up. Did any one have this issue before? How to fix it? Many thanks in advance! zp12

Hello,

Welcome to Adobe Forums.

You can download offline installer for Adobe Flash Player : http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/mac/install_flash_player_11_osx.d...

Once it is saved, close all your browser windows and double click on it.

Thanks,

Vikram
