hola me he comprado un ebook,pero no lo hice desde mi ordenador,  y ahora no puedo abrirlo ni en mi ordenador ni en mi papyre. me sale esto E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFIZLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER.

la pagina donde lo compre me remite a adobe pero no se como solucionar el problema, ya que parece que lo descargo con otra Id distinta a la mia

¿alguien puede ayudarme? gracias

hello I have bought to myself an ebook, but I did not do it from my computer, and now I can open it neither in my computer nor in my papyre. E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFIZLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER goes out for me this.

the page where I bought it sends me to adobe but not as solving the problem, since it seems that I unload it with other one Go different to mine

can anybody help me? thank you
