There are two ways to access the hidden tools on your toolbar in Photoshop:
- Press and hold down the mouse button on a tool that has hidden tools behind it, and a window will pop up to the right showing you the other available tools.
- Alt-click on Windows or Option click on a Mac on a tool to pop out a window that shows the available hidden tools.
No, Jeff, I didn't receive any error messages, but I did try what Baljeet (below) said & it worked. It's just that before, all I had to do was touch my pen on the tool & the rest of the tools popped out immediately....now after trying what he said, they do come out, just slowly (not like on my old computer). I've also noticed that when I'm using my pen (I have a Wacom pen & tablet) in CS5, it feels as if it's dragging & jerky (also slow). Before it was just like I had a paint brush in my hand. I just don't understand, but it isn't much fun to use like this! Any ideas?
Thank you for your help, Baljeet. Could you look at my answer to Jeff (above)? Maybe you'd have some ideas as to why CS5 is doing this....
Great to know that tools you were looking for are available to you now.
But regarding the slow part I would like to know as you have mentioned that BEFORE it never behaved this way.
I would like to know what suddenly changed. When you say "Before" did you updated your WACOM drivers or CS 5 or have you installed any other software ?
We need to do comapritive testing out here to see what may have changed.
