    Problem exporting transparant .gif

      Hi guys,

I created some text and applied the 'Dark Chrome 02' effect to it. I went to export wizard, selected .gif and index transparancy. All seemed good. But I noticed it had a white Matte. I changed that to transparant but it ends up making it black. Is there no way to make it just.. transparant?

Are you sure you changed the Matte?

          Set it to None/no color.
Your preview window should show you the changes before you complete the export, as well.

Create your artwork on a canvas that matches the background color of
your HTML page, and then use Index Transparency
