You can't. Adobe don't choose too provide a proper web interface for viewing and editing device registrations for your Adobe ID.
When you run out of registrations (6), you can contact Adobe Live Chat: http://www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html.
They will reset all the registrations for the ID, and then you have to reregister the ones you still need.
