Devil is in the details on this one. You have limited tag uses on emails and different tags based on if the email is an autoresponder or campaign etc.
You can form links in email templates with tags that will link based on what that tag renders, but you need to expand a bit more on that.

Then yes.
You make a page and then there are tags for first and last name to use as paramaters.

And you can use {module_url,firstname} for example to get the firstname from the url on that page.
