Captivate 3 stops web content from being shown

Hi all,
Anybody seen this problem?
I am recording (not full motion) a website and some of the content is not captured. In the website there is a popup with a calendar as a date picker. Captivate actually stops the calendar from showing. All I get is the frame and the title is About:blank. If I do a refresh, no change. All I get is an empty frame.

So I reverted to Captivate 2 for this. Then I do get a nice calendar. And it does capture.
But Cap2 is not as nice as I need to build and a demo and a training. Cap3 would have been perfect.

Any ideas?

Hi Lykle,

Have you tried using Manual Capture (press the PRSCR key) to grab the pop-up during recording? Or are you saying that the pop-up itself won't work when using CP3, so there is no screen change (the popup) to "capture"? Thanks!

I am having this problem, too. The calander won't work while using CP3. Well, it pops up, it is just blank. I tried pausing the recording, but the calander is still blank. I have vista, so CP2 is not an option.

It isn't just the calander, either. Other pop-ups are blank as well.

Weird, huh?
