    I signed up for Basic service again...


      The upgrade has not taken effect.  I did everything I was told (re-log in, etc) - still no change.  I went to the invoice and it billed me for Feb to March.  I need June to July not Feb to March.  Can someone fix this?  Why would I pay for a service I did not use in the past?  Thanks, LanceUntitled.jpg
