Are you asking if it is required to have an account with Revel in order to get Premiere Elements video editing help here at the Premiere Elements User to User Forum at Adobe. If that is your question, No.
Your unshared work on your computer and asking Premiere Elements questions here has nothing to do with a Revel account.

Asking here is probably the best way... starting with a LOT of reading

Thank you very much for taking time to answer. I'm glad to not need a Revel account, and yet to able to return here for answers. Thus I can ignore the "Final reminder: your Photoshop.com account will close on June 18" email for it should not affect my potential ability for when "life stops getting in the way" and I can return to the picture editings.
Please do not hesitate to ask for an answer for or clarification on any Premiere Elements issue that you may have.
Success with your projects.
If you do not require on-line storage, and do not have anything stored in you Photoshop.com account, then ignoring the reminder will be OK.
However, before the expiration date, you might want to go to the Adobe Revel Forum: http://forums.adobe.com/community/revel just to make sure that you are not missing out on something useful. The FAQ section is pretty complete, and that forum is now quite active.
