Topic not displaying when selected on TOC or search until window resized

This began after upgrading to RH10. I'm not sure that caused the issue but we did not see it until then.

We have a WebHelp project that is called from a browser application. When we call the help the welcome page opens and all is well. However, when the user selects a link in the TOC or search pane, the topic pane is blank. It shows up again if you resize the window.

We are using RH10 to author our project and this is occuring in IE10.Broken_Help.png

Any ideas would be appreciated. Our users get the impression the help is broken:-(

I've attached a screen shot of the behavior.

Thanks,

Nita
