There is no difference between the "trial" version and the "subscription" version.
Signing up for the cloud membership allows you access to the newest versions of the software. The "free" trial also allowed you the same access. So, now that you have signed up, you have access to the current version, which looks like the version you were using.
I think there is a glitch on the app manager right now.
Thanks for the quick response. I see... well if this is the case then I must be having an issue with Edge animate. I've finished a project and i've been trying to get it to loop. I've used the "label" and "trigger" method from several tutorials but it never seems to work. Everytime I try to preview in a browser, my work simply ends after its first loop. I hope you might be able to help me out.
Can you post your file for us to look at? There's a chance you have an error in your project somewhere, and it's easier to post your file (ZIP it up and post it to creative.adobe.com, dropbox, or similar service) for us to look at.
Thanks for the support, here's the link to my
Here's the link to my project, I hope you can help me out.
Thanks a bunch
There's nothing wrong with your file - I did a little cleaup because the copy you made left a bunch of spaces all over the place. I've PM'd you with a temporary location for you to download your files back from, just in case it's really broken on your side. To get it to loop, you will need to insert a trigger at 1:01.250 (or 61250 ms) by pressing Cmd/Ctrl-T or selecting Timeline > Insert Trigger from the menu. Then, click on the "play from" button on the right side and stick in the number 0 for the time 0 (or the beginning of your timeline).
