ELearning extensions with Adobe CC

Does anyone know if I can buy the elearning version of Dreamweaver by itself? I already have Creative cloud so I don't need all those other tools. All I would like are the elearning extensions.

Not yet. Supposedly at some point, since the eLearning Suite is apparently being discontinued, Adobe will be offering the formerly-eLS-only extensions to all CC subscribers...perhaps via the blog site, or their website, or the CC...
But at any rate, they're not available to non-eLS users yet.
