Thank you for your response. I think that your suggest is a good one; but I am not sure if that it is the solution.
I am currently using Chrome on an MacBook Air. I can log into my profile. When I login, I see my profile page. When I try to download the file for File Vault system (VLT), I am prompted to login again. When I use the same userid and password that I used to get to my profile, my login is rejected and the login screen appears again and again and again.
I think I did the same thing with Safari instead of Chrome; but Ill not swear to it. Just to make sure, I will try it.
