Problem playing video on line

I have 64bit Vista and FireFox and last version of Flash Player 11.7.700.202.

I can not play some vides on line.  I can play videos from Your Tube but a lot of videos are shown only like turning arrow and they never start.

Is anybody know how to fix this?
